History - Ted E. Bear's Stuffin' Station originally started as Teddy Bear Workshop by Shelley and Lance Robinson in May 2005. Hurrican Katrina came in August 2005, destroying much of South Mississippi. Shelley and Lance decided to move, and sold the business to Deedy and Steve Gallagher of Ocean Springs, Mississippi in October 2005. The business was renamed in April 2006 due to notice of a possible infringement received from the company Build-A-Bear Workshop. Today, Ted E. Bear's Stuffin' Station is managed and operated by Glenda Fountain (Deedy's Mom).
